Orvelin Gruppen is a family-owned business, founded and run by three brothers, in constant development and always looking ahead.
We operate across three distinct business areas: Trading, Real Estate, and Investments.
Since its founding 30 years ago, the company has been shaped by the brothers’ strong drive and the expertise of our employees. Without realizing it at the time, the brothers were laying the foundation for what would later grow into a billion-scale group.
Much has changed – but the ambition remains the same. And the journey has only just begun.
Trading, Real Estate and Investments
Trading
Within trading, we operate some of Sweden’s most well-known and frequently visited stores: Bodypower, Gottebiten, Godisfabriken, Hypermat, SBG, and Sportkost. These companies complement each other and deliver strong customer experiences with a focus on quality, value for money, and a broad offering.
Real Estate
Our real estate companies – Orvelin Fastigheter AB, Es-Wani Prospektering AB and Charlottenbergs Fastighets AB – develop, manage, and own properties in strategic locations. The goal is to offer properties that meet a wide range of needs, combined with efficient and reliable management.
Investments
In addition to trading and real estate, we also make investments in other businesses and projects.

Long-term perspective
We create sustainable solutions that make a real difference, both for our customers and for society at large.
Through investments in renewable energy, we reduce our climate impact while also strengthening the long-term value of our properties. This is achieved, among other things, through the installation of solar panels and smart solutions for electric vehicle charging.
