Acquisition - Bergqvist Skor & Johanssons Skor

The Orvelin Group has, together with the Flyvholm family, established the company StepUp Invest AB.
StepUp Invest has since acquired the retail chains Bergqvist Skor and Johanssons Skor.

There are now a total of 25 physical stores and 4 online shops.
The ambition is to see a successful comeback for all stores.

We are entering this venture with strong commitment, new proprietary purchasing channels, and upgraded stores.
